Today we took Tootie to the tryouts. With the assistance of her grandfather, Tootie hit the ball between the pitcher and 1st base. We then assisted Tootie in walking the bases. We will receive our uniforms and play our first game on 18 April :Clap-Hands:

P.S. We had to take Tootie to the ER again. The school called Thursday (2nd) and informed us that Tootie had been sleeping most of the morning. When Tootie

I'm glad that our precious Tootie is ok - what a frightening experience. The doc should have ben having her levels checked to ensure that she was receiving the proper dosage for her condition, size, and age. Thank God your ex took her to the ER to be checked.

T-Ball time of year! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That means we'll get to see more pictures of our lil sweetie :Clap-Hands:

Funny I was talking with a friend the other day as we waited to meet with guidance counselors to have our little ones classes scheduled for high school next year. As we commiserated about how our babies were no more and older sons one year before graduation and off to college. We commented on how it seemed like only yesterday we met on the T-ball field. Savor every swing, the years go way too fast.

Sorry to hear Taylor had an ER visit and hospital stay, but I agree it was a blessing. More than just the long ride averted, the levels were checked sooner than to wait for and get her to an appointment if they were off.

Love & smooches to you and Tootie,

Maria

Dear Elondie,

Thank you for sharing that beautiful devotional with us. I am so glad to hear that Tootie is doing better and you are finding out the info you need regarding her drug levels. She sounds like a precious child and I know you must adore her! I have just recently read your profile and discovered yours and Tootie's story. She is an amazing gift from God and is so lucky to have you in her life and I know you feel the same about her! I look forward to hearing more adventure stories about Tootie when T-Ball starts......you'll be laughing your head off when at least one of them hits the ball and goes to 3rd base or when they sit down in the outfield to play in the dirt!! I miss those days so much.....they certainly grow up in the blink of an eye! Love and Hugs to you both!!.........Joy
