my physiotherapy
hello my name is lenny harrison, and i go to physiotherapy once a week and my therapists name is adam, and adam is a very good physiotherapy, he is always tring new things on me to help me with balance and finger movements sowe use lots of toys in ordr to do that we use avery large anti burst ball , and then he has me marching on the ball first lifting my leftleg and then my right leg and then after that adam will take a towel and roll it into like a large roll and then lay it down on the floor and have me walk over the toweels starting with my left and then my right so my brain will get use to a pattern no matter which leg i started to move and then adam is a firm believer in repitition so adam will start by having me sit down on a chair and sitting very straight so that i am using my core muscle and then with my good arm he has me bring up my right arm by bending my elbow 80 times, and then after doing that with my good arm he will have me do it with my bad arm but only 10 and i will find that it is getting munch easier to do that with my bad arm every single time, and then holing onto a paralel bar he will have me bunding up my good leg from the knee 50 times and then with the bad leg but only 10 times that is because adam wants to work my ham strings and so then adam will have me stand with my foot right together and then holding on but not to tight and then lift up my right leg resting all of my weight onto my left leg he makes me do that lots and ofter because he wants me to dstart to trust my left leg, and gain some balance i love going to see him because he works me hard and when i leave i am very tired, but a very good tired, if you know what i mean
