HUMANS AND ANIMALS ACTIONS

You ever noticed how humans act like animals at times and in certain situations almost daily??? It's very true if you haven't given it a thought. Most amazing is how animals act so much like humans in so many instances. Could that be why we love them so much and in certain crisis we refuse to leave them behind?? Human lives have been lost with their decisions to remain with the animals doing the Katrina hurricane 6 years ago and when the flood gates were opened to let water out of the Mississippi river two months ago.

People refused a trip to higher ground and in every day life their animals are thought of as "Family members"!Some folks have tried to get them social security numbers and leave them their inheritances. Still many homes have the animals sleep in the same bed with them. They have dogie doors installed so the animal can go and come at will and there is no need to purchase a dog house anymore.

Still some people have animals that are considered wild and far from domesticated. The kids have animals with two legs, four legs or no legs staying in the house. Now, the humans act like many of these animals at times, some, most of the time. Even put in the dog house by the wives. Of course we have all kinds of animals to help the disable humans these days and that's a blessing. The question remains, "Why do humans act like animals so often."

Humans are the inferior being as God wanted it to be having dominance over the animals but I notice daily it appears the other way around! What would we do without our animal family members?? What would our animal family members do without us?? We go to the animal shelters and adopt them, we adopt kids even from other countries. So there is love in our hearts all the time, so much so we want to love our neighbor's wife or husband and there is a commandment against that by God!

What brought this topic on was just this morning a woman was on the sidewalk crying her eyes out because the kids had let the little dog out and she can't find him. Her second statement to me was she wasn't going back home until she found the dog! I got on my scooter rode around the block and several others. Low and behold I found her puppy. He came right to me, I put him in my basket for safe riding. I got back on my street she was still outside crying.

Her eyes lit up when she noticed the puppy in my basket. Her next voice was "You aren't getting out again ever." I think he's going to be a house dog from this day forward. I didn't accept the money she offered and said to her it's the only thing I could do as a neighbor on the same street. I don't know her kids but I bet I have seen them outside playing with other kids on the street.

As my general rule I don't say much to kids these days being a man and the way men are taking kids off the street, especially girls. She remembered seeing me outside with my grand daughter riding her bike. I said yes ma'am, I don't let her out my sight at 6 years old, my wife would kill me! To answer the question of why humans act like animals some times is we "Get Bored with life."

we have too many restrictions or too many jobs to finish and not enough loving like the animals get daily!

I suppose we'll never really know why and here are some facts:

Knowing Your Terms...

TRAFFIC LIGHT -- apparatus that automatically turns red when your car approaches.

DIVORCE -- postgraduate in School of Love.

PIONEER -- early American who was lucky enough to find his way out of the woods.

PEOPLE -- some make things happen, some watch things happen, and the majority has no idea what's happened.

SWIMMING POOL -- a mob of people with water in it.

SELF-CONTROL -- the ability to eat only one peanut.

SALESMAN -- man with ability to convince wife she'd look fat in mink.

CANNIBAL -- person who likes to see other people stewed.

EGOCENTRIC -- a person who believes he is everything you know you are.

The statement:

humans act like many of these animals at times, some, most of the time..."

and several other statements in this post

are very odd...

Humans are warm-blooded vertebrae, mammals.

Raccoons are mammals, bats are mammals, whales are mammals,

Humans, you and I, are mammals.

Humans are advanced mammals.

But humans are not better than other mammals in the animal world,

arguably, they are often the most miss-behaved

because they enslave other species

for fun, for profit, for amusement,

for decoration, for an array of

the most selfish, frivolous reasons.

Yes, some humans come to the aid of

their fellow animals, but

too, too few.

Rachel,

I'm just odd at times, that day was one of the times things had happened for no reason to me!

I was thinking of how we (as humans) were given dominance by God over the beast of the land yet we act like animals in many cases in how we handle situations. We divorce and want to harm the other person, even kill them! We have a mate but want to still have other's mate (an affair) like what we got is not enough. We act like we are in heat like dogs following a female dog until all of them get to her.

We rob, steal, kill, go into rages driving on the roadways only to end up in prison locked up like animals and some for life. Our fore fathers would go out hunt food to feed their family. Now we kill animals for the hell of it and leave them to rot!

In the home we act like animals in how we keep it dirty as if we are animals. Animals don't, can't clean up themselves! That's what I meant in the comparison picture of humans/animals, or at least that was what I was thinking when writing this blog. No offense intended!

It was so disturbing to me I took off since last Friday until today, Monday. I had to get away!

Tnis explains it even more"Cooperation

At one point during a game, the coach said to one of his young players, "Do you understand what cooperation is? What a team is?"

The little boy nodded in the affirmative.

"Do you understand that what matters is whether we win together as a team?"

The little boy nodded yes.

"So," the coach continued, "when a strike is called, or you're out at first, you don't argue or curse or attack the umpire. Do you understand all that?"

Again the little boy nodded.

"Good," said the coach, "now go over there and explain it to your mother."

fred,i couldn't agree with you more. i love animals far better than some human's. they are the best in my stroke recovery. the love and affection i get from them is amazing, they love me no matter, what i am now. i pray daily for their safety against abusers, trophy hunters, and poaching. we are driving many species to the point of extinction with man's bad behavior. they are losing their habitat to the population of man, so they have no choice but to encroach on man. i am a huge animal lover of all kinds. they are able to express love, devotion, so they have feelings, and in a way act like man. god created them for a reason, we should be protecting them for many generations to come. our zoo's are a way to protect the species. which i love seeing them but not caged up like that. i grew up on a farm with alot of animals, which explains my love for them. mine are like my family, spoiled, loved and taken good care of. with 4 cats and dogs. they are alot of work, so i need the help of my son's to do what i can't. if one of my pets escaped, i would be a mess. thank you fred for helping that lady out, what a very kind thing to do. sometimes animals do bad things, no different from the way man acts. then they are beaten, and abused. look at michael vick and what he did. i hate the fact they are used in labs for medical research, that is just wrong, let our over crowed prisons, provide specimen's for medical research as punishment. i'm sorry to go on and on, but i could talk all day about them. they add so much beauty and joy to our world today. i get really emotional when i see or hear bad things happening to them. what rachel said was very true. we use animals in the wrong ways. they have a right to be here on this earth, so why does man do such bad things to them? i am right there every time to fight for their rights, safety, extinction, you name it, i'm always writing my congressman to help and stop things that will hurt them. whether it be, habitat, environmental or whatever. ok nuf said,
