I managed to get dressed this morning without sitting down

Of course it took me four times as long as it would have if I had sent down

I had to stop and start multiple times

Just another step closer to the old me within the new normal

You have to love those small victories

that's great keep on doing those things it will get easier over time, soon you will realize new normal is still fun & better option.

You got me beat, Jay!   I do have to sit down to get dressed, and I'm only the caregiver!   I just don't want to get my foot hung and do a header on the floor!
