Laugh for the day

My oldest daughter had a birthday today, she lives in Chicago, must make sure I call at a reasonable time. So I called her at 11,am est,10amcst. When she answered I sabg happy birthday to her. She asked what I was doing, I told her I just finished my mental health assessment. She said, okay are you sane?___we both laughed at the question. My child a smart *beep*, imagine that.

It really runs in the family, must be the parenting skills.

I find a good laugh at least once a day helps keep me balanced.

Peace, love and prayers. Laugh at yourself regularly. Not that survival is funny but we always have something to laugh about. Please share your laughter with all of us.

Jay - agree with you totally.

My sister visited several months back. We have our laughs and serious, catch up time of course. But this one visit we just found something silly and it progressed from there. Both of us woke up with aching stomachs and all the stress was gone - at least for a while.

Laugh and then laugh some more. Debbie

If I don't laugh I'll cry. I just talked to my brother, I told him about the assessment, he asked I passed. I told him my daughters question I think he fell off his chair laughing so hard, of course that got me laughing as well.

Love the story of your sisters visit. I can totally relate when my brother and I get together its all laugghs. The wives don't get s lot of it. But we have fun.
