I am sharing these stories becausse the joy that has been added to the world through positive energy and kind gestures, not seeking any glory.

there are opportunities everywhere every day. Most are free.

Early this morning two young men were taking the bus to a local high school for fitness training for football, they were new to the bus. I told the driver they wanted to get off at the school (just in case they forgot to request the stop, which they did)as the driver approached the school he asked if they wanted off they said yes) as they got off they yelled thank you. The drive said to me " it's a good thing you told me or those guys would be riding a long time.I love to help people anyway I can.

I was waiting for the bus to go to the hospital to visit my new friends

A woman asked if I knew if the bus came by that location I said yes it should be here in the next few minutes

She is from Santa Monica only been in town for two months still trying to learn the area. I asked where she needed to go and made sure she got on the bus and told the driver where she needed to get off.

She thanked me for the assistance and said you didn't need to do all that, I simply said it was my pleasure.

Again helping others in need is such a beautiful thing.

Back for an afternoon coffee; this woman asked to use my cell phone, she has been in town 2 days and had no idea where she was in relation to the place she is staying.

She finally talked to someone who told her the cross roads she needed to be at, I suggested the bus because there are two that go by there every hour, she didn’t have any money, I gave her bus fare. I walked down the block to see if she got on the bus, she was gone, good luck to her.
