I went out to the mall with a friend and went to the mongolian beef place in the food court. I was putting beef in the bowl sorting it to the side because I just want meat and minimum veggies. It is self serve. I told the people behind me to go in front unless they wanted beef so the went. Then lady putting out food said to my friend rather irritably ," Can't you help her?" My friend sain "No,she can do it." Now I never heard this surprisingly, and I do not know why...Then she closed the beef lid and said sorry you cannot take any more. I smiled because I had plenty and was waiting to move to veggies. My friend was livid and looking at the overflowing bowls and guys going back for meat. I was done and handed my bowl for sauce and she heaped on the noodles generously. Later my friend told me the story. I smiled and said no I did not have any problem taking lots of meat and that was the real problem and not that I was slow holding up the line. Glad I did not hear. Background sound in mall is overwhelming.

I was glad to go out for real food and get some exercise walking in the cool AC at the pretty indoor mall.

WhenI got back,it was past dinner and time for a movie with roomie. Just in that sarcastic nurse said she needed to check my blood sugar even though it was after dinner time. I said I ate already and she said she bet I ate good in a sarcastic tone. I said what is that! I have been managing diabetes on my own for years and I am not a prisoner in here. She tested and my blood sugar was good.

All these assumptions!!
