i awoke this am happy as usual feels great these dayz to wake up happy

who would have ever guesed that even i had a stroke u can still b happy

i read janice blog yesterday shes correct live for the moment the day

live for right now b all u can b i allways atleast try to have a positive attitude

and the strength of a ox to roll on threw out the day and to keep pushing foward

for thisis a journey 10 reasons y i am happy

1> i have a wonderfull love

2> im alive

3>i have the best kids in the world

4> im just greratfull god gave me a secod chance

5>because i woke up

6> i have my hazel nut creamer for my coffee

7> i have coffee

8> im still one hell of a handsome great guy

9>i can walk!!!!!!!!!!

10>i can take a shower on my own

well thats not in order but those r some of the reasons im happy now dayz

i keep my spirits high as well as my love for people and life

so get up get out live love and b happy im rambling now its 4:30 so

im off for awhile i have alot planned for today
