I have to do one of these as well. The trouble is we review it after 6mths. In the pretext we are staying on course. it doesnt matter if we dont it will be just be deferred.

i wish i had a supervisor. i am self employed and am the WORST BOSS IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i didn't need the $ i'd fire myself!!!!!!!! it involves so much organizational skills, which in my case have waned, since stroke. at least your boss like you!!!
