Hay... I'm off page two!

Good August to everyone.

I woke up this morning moving my left wrist back and forth (flexing). Not huge but hay it is moving and obviously my buddy the brain has figured out that I want it to flex.

So I tried to rotate it as well. Not so much movement there but it is very relaxed when I do my rotation excersises. (using my right hand to move it back and forth.)

My left arm is feeling quite relaxed now and it slips easily into my left pants pocket when I am out walking.

My left arm did feel quite weak over the weekend and it kinda felt like after you have been to the dentist and the feeling is coming back.

Well anyway it was better yesterday afternoon and also today.

I did have a nice long walk on Saturday and took in the live entertainment at the waterfront. I walked again on Sunday and also was able to get down for the live entertainment at the waterfront.

Today I walked over to Tim's for a coffee and to the mall to window shop. (no I didn't buy anything) I just made it back home before the rain started. It is still raining gently at presently 61F. BTW I took my BP at the mall on the gizmo there 121/82 heart rate 64 (guess I'll live)

Well that's my blog for today. Going to do some net surfing and then swing back around for the survivor chat at 8 o'clock eh.

GARY,

PUT YOUR HAND AND WRIST IN A SINK OF WARM WATER. FLEXING SHOULD BE EASIER AND YOU CAN EXERCISE THE FINGERS AS WELL.
