Todays Days duties-keep two 12 year old busy- rainyish- can't swim

keep da kids busy with grandma with a couple BIG zuchinni- for bread

me- cover that gray and my roots

I cannot handle the unexpected well now, not that I did that great at times before.

Yesterday I had LOT on my plate- grocery shop in the am (not a simple affair- I drive 20 min at least to Wisc from IL and back- for a really cheap grocery store.

Then I was suppose to get my hair done at 2:30 but the girl cancelled for a 2nd day due to absessed tooth- which I've been there so I totally understand

- then I had a dog obedience class our neighbor wanted da'girl to assist him(he's got 2 dogs so they would switch alot) at as his wife was going to something else- so that was fun to be seeing all the other dogs.

To put a wrench in everything, came out to go grocery shop and found a huge drywall screw like 4 inches long in my back tire and the tire, like a pancake.

We switched to my parents car for grocery shopping, the gal cancelled agaIn with my hair so that gave me the time to go and then I had to drive in rush hour traffic to go get the son at a sleep over while dad blew up air in my tire drive it to the tire place and got the spare put on then I made the obedience class with my car, picked up a girl to now sleep over for da daughter and then came home and made dinner for the late from work as usual hubbie...WHEW>>>>>NOW

IF THEY WOULD JUST FIND THAT POOR NATALIE, STAYING UP TILL 10 WITH GRETA IS KILLING ME AND BEING UP AGAIN AT 6 TO SEE THE HUBBIE AND SON OUT THE DOOR MAKES FOR A LONG DAY.

And I still need more school supplies- now I'm up to three grocery bags per kid- this is nuts!!

BUT IT RAINED AN INCH!!!YEAHHHHHHH

please not have this drought be a sign of the global warming thing!!! I spent the summer taking turns standing in fron of the a/c during flashes!! We moved from Phoenix because we hated the summers!
