Well it's Tuesday morning, I am a bit slow moving this morning, I have to go into town to the dentist this am. I got a new bridge and it is pinching in one spot.. I got it just before my trip so I was putting oragel and topical numbing medicine on when away...

I think I am still a bit jet lagged ....

Sunday night I got out of bed to go to the bathroom and my suitcase was on the floor ...my left foot ran into the bottom of it ..on the side of my foot. OUCH..

I could hardly walk yesterday. I put a brace on and my tennis shoe..I got home from town and took shoe & brace off..rubbed some analgesic cream on it and it is much better now. I am thinking because this is the foot that still has problems that it is hypersensitive.. it is still sore this am but MUCH betterthanyesterday.. I can actually walk on it...YEAH

My husband was sooooo nice. He vacuumed, did laundry and kept up on his dishes when I was gone. He cooked dinner Sunday and did the dishes too...
