Friday after Thanksgiving is for....SHOPPING!

Those of you who know me should not be surprised that, yes, I am one of those nuts who must shop the day after Thanksgiving.

Today was no exception. I do not get at the store before it opens and stand in line to get the special items, but today, I left earlier than planned. I wanted a Roomba - a robot of vacuum. I have always gotten caught in the cord of vacuum cleaners; that could be extra dangerous for me now, especially since I will be living in the boonies. While my dog called 911 once (a weird story) I can't plan on her doing it again if I get caught in the cord and trip. (now that's a good escuse, isn't it?) Anyway, the super model sells for 279. This one was 149. I didn't read the smaller print in the ad . I figured each store would have 1 piece but they had 3 and offered to hold one for me. When I got it I saw that it was less than half because it is remanufactured. I decided to take the chance that it will not drop dead after the 3 month guarantee.

Then I bought me a paper shredder, a set of fitted sheets, a hot mitt and probably the oddest gift - a pet massager for my chi. I figured if she didn't like it, perhaps I would. Oh, I did get some gifts too roflmao.gif but still have some to go. Maybe at the art show I'm going to tomorrow..............

We had a dog that LOVED his massager. Our current dogs is scared of it.

Would you believe I've never been shopping the day after Thanksgiving? Hope you live your vacuum. I was always afraid I'd fall over it because I'd never know where it is. Be careful!!!!!!!
