Monday clean out

Today, I experienced a bowel clean out...diarrhea. No explanation, no real reason why, no new meds or anything, the only thing I can think is my body is ridding itself of any remaining bugs from the flu I had this past week. anyway, what a mess, and it's good to have that gone!! Sorry so gross. blush.gif

Now, I'm ready for a valentine day. smile.gif

janice. i can see why you entitled your blog PRIVATE THOUGHTS!!! LOL

 

i will say this because i already know that most people think i'm eccentric ( a NICE word for weird) i ENJOY having bm's. it only takes a week of being CLINICALLY constipated for a person to become that way.

 

back in 1995, i got that way about 500 miles from home. NOTHING worked. finally after about 8 days, IT happened!!!!!!!!( or should i say "_ _ I T happens". so when i read stories about diarrhea, i get warm fuzzy feelings. it's just something you don't forget!!!!!!! thanks for sharing the happy news
