A GREAT DAY eh!

Hi

Well the store is open and I ordered my bracelets today. (Very Kewl!) I am now (like Jean) waiting by my mail box eager to see them first hand.

I am also very happy that the system appears to be set now to accept Canadian orders. (so Should I assume other countries as well?)

At Steves request I was able to do some testing before the store went live. (so I hope my feedback was helpful in working out the bugs)

I hope everyone gets involved in the bracelet program. (order them, buy more, wear them, give them away to friends etc. and have a blast promoting the heck out of stroke awareness)

It has been a few months now since I started the thread about bracelets and I am so happy that Steve was able to pick up the torch and carry it into the stadium for the opening ceremonies so to speak.

Thanks Steve!

I don't want to leave Steph out either. What a girl! Thanks Steph for volunteering to run the store.

So now that the store is open and operating will we be expanding the product line? If so what should be available? Should we as Strokenet members be able to make suggestions?

I wonder if anyone knows if the upgrades are complete yet and if the site will have a new look? (other than the Blue Screen)

I also wonder if other interesting add ons are available for the site and what they might be?

Food for thought eh. Comments are most welcome.

Smiles :)

The comments about the site are in the bullentin that Len sends out to your email. Steve breaks the completion dates down. At the moment I don't remember them. Check that bullentin, lots of info, even letters to Marty (007).

A couple of the members had some problems with paypal or didn't trust them. Unless a check can be sent to Steve, they may not order. I ordered mine today also.

Thanks Fred

Thanks for the tip. I do read Steves comments but havn't read the March issue yet. I have been doing so much office time lately there has been very little time for Strokenet.

I agree with you and do hope that we can find a way to meet the needs of "everyone". (reasonably)

I know that is a tall order but it is what makes Strokenet "Strokenet". "The more that we care means the more that we share" A quote of mine from earlier Strokenet days.

Have a "Great One" Fred

Gary, Gary, The store now accepts orders from EVERY country worldwide! Your feedback was invaluable, w/o we would have had no knowledge (well yours and Pat's). As for thanking me, I am just glad I can help, nuttin major! (blushin here). I was thinkin of kinda designing a stroke awareness t-shirt type thing with the strokenet webb addy on the back, and talking to Steve about it, what do you think of that idea? Just a lil feedback please to ANYONE that reads this. Anyway, I am glad you are thrilled bout the bracelets, now I just hafta figure out how to do international shipping LMAO....... Steph :)

Hi Steph

Thanks for the feedback. The T sounds gay eh. (I think that means awsome in teen lingo) LMAO2

How bout "Stroke Awareness is International" front and www url on back. Anyway whatever works is great.

I just noticed this morning the translation feature that has been added to the site. (Fab stuff)

What an awsome thing to be a true International stroke support site.

I am sure you can figure out the shipping. If worse comes to worse you can always bring it up o the border and maybe I could meet you there eh. (kidding)

My friends are always back and forth past your door as they go to visit Sandy's neighbours in New York City. (The Watchtower folks)

Thanks Steph, Talk soon.
