greetings from greenwich village...i wanted to blog tonight especially now that my jet lag seems to be over...

update news: i have noticed a marked improvement in my emotional well being...my overall anxiety level is virtually down to zero...this truly feels like heaven to me as i went thru a very dark period a few months ago where i honestly did not want to live this way anymore...i now feel an overall sense of well being...optimistic and happy...god it's a huge blessing just to genuinely use the word 'happy' again!!!!......it's also a physical feeling of well being throughout my body...my thoughts are more focused on the positive...i took a big step today in making an appointment to start outpatient hand (ot) therapy at the hospital where i stayed initially after my stroke...i am thrilled that the specific therapist i requested is available...i had to end my home therapy when i went down to florida for the 02 therapy then directly after that i got the final nod to go over to kiev...so now it's time to get out of my apartment and do some WORK to get the returns i want in my left arm and hand...i also feel ready willing and able to restart my pt to strengthen/improve my walking...i've got 20 million stem cells as a new support partner now in all my endeavors...the doctors in kiev assured me that these cells will work for months and months to come...i'm expecting them to effectively assist me with more returns...i'll keep posting any and all progress...best to all, richxxx
