Today was a great, but exhausting day!!!!!! Got together with many of the people that I love most in the world, got to drink coffee, and cook good Greek food! Was too much fun I loved being around my people and the babies/kids again - haven't really done that since the stroke.....and me and kids just click - always have. Made tons of food - everybody ate, got leftovers and recipes and went home happy - the ingredients to a successful day.

OK - am going to post the recipes - got 2 whole responses on my poll but did get emails requesting them too, so there you go.

Then that will be it for today - have a big day tomorrow - going to a "Hope after stroke" conference - should be interesting - I hope
