We're hooked on Omaha Beef!

Last night Slowe was in charge of dinner. She made sloppy joes using Omaha Beef, and the famiy literally licked the skillet clean!

Homemade scalloped potatoes and a new dish she made were also hits (She steamed fresh green beans from the farmer's market, tossed them with a couple of pieces of diced bacon, yes, with the grease!, and a little of her homemade onion jelly. Quite tasty!
