deep breath in, deep breath out - fighting off panic attacks all day today.........another plane in the side of a bldg in NY! Head is killing me today........going to take a sleeping pill and see if I can hide a little in sleep......and calm down.. :head_hurts:

I felt so badly for everyone in New York City today and others who lost friends and family on 9/11! Hope the sleeping pill and a little "bugging out" helped you. But don't get too used to using a medication to escape.

It was NOT terror related, sweetie! In fact, it was a NY Yankee of all the weird things.

 

hang in there...you did great processing your experiences in your last entry!!! Keep it up sweetie...sometimes the only way to get over the experience is to walk right through the pain and emerge on the other side! :hug:
