Got back from Peru last Thursday. A 3 day trip became a week long due to some delays. I didn't mind because Lima is a really nice place. The hotel was 4 blocks from the beach, and in the middle of a busy area, with lots of stuff to do. Clean, safe, and comfortable. I hope I get to go back sometime. Brought the plane back to Toledo, OH, and found out about 3 trips to Ireland that were only for the weekend. They left on Fri and returned on Mon. Nice try. I begged for one of them, but it didn't happen. Company got some contracts heading to China. Too far. I'll try to pass on those.

Took Sam fishing the other day and she did pretty well. Good thing we went when we did. It turned cold and windy, so it will be a few days before we get out again. She wants to go camping, but it's just a bit nippy out for that right now.

Still waiting to hear about her speech machine. She tried out one that was a real pain. Small keyboard and a menu more complicated than a regular computer. This UBtalker looks pretty good, but it's taking a while to get any info on it. The insurance company approved it, I just need the details on the machine itself to see if it will help. Maybe this week.
