Okay, go to members link... click on my controls.. once open on the left is a long list of things... go down until you get to Avatar settings, open (click on that one) go down until you see a box in the middle of the page that says "Browse" open browse, find the photo on your computer you want to use and hit upload. once its loaded hit update avatar settings. If it is too large it may re size the picture, or it may tell you its too large... if it's too large.. holler.. one of us will try to help you re size it..
