WooHooHooHoo

Okay, so I don't really have a good reason for the title of this blog. I didn't have one, so I wrote the first thing that came into my mind. :hahaha:

I had one of those nights that I have sometimes. I went to bed with a headache. I took some medicine, but couldn't sleep. This is really frustrating to me because I wonder how much longer I am going to loose sleep every time I have a headache.

A simple headache was the beginning of a nightmare. Everytime I have one, it makes me onder if it is happening again. The logical part of me knows that I am being unreasonable, but the "freaks out easily over nothing" side of me, can't help but get a little panicky. :uhm:

When I have a headache I use a really cold wash cloth or an ice pack wrapped in a light towel. I put it on the side where the headache is.

I have also read a sachet with peppermint and lavender help soothe also. Chammomile tea helps relax. I know one in the store is called sleepy time.

I hate headaches. Have had a history of migraines. since the stroke I don't get them as often and usually not as severe.

My nightmare started with dizziness. so for a long time when I got dizzy and light headed ... I wondered is this another? Now almost 4 yrs out I am not so frightened by the dizziness and know it just happens sometimes.

Best wishes, Bonnie

I stroked the first day of my period, so I'm very aware on that day every month. I also used to get migraines but touch wood, haven't had once since. I will probably freak if I did!!!
