Glad it's all coming together. And Happy to hear Tink has a nice family. When the new carrier arrives you may want to sit it on the floor with the door open and some treats or catnip inside. maybe a toy she can bat at. .. or something attractive to her. How come cats can grow extra legs in seconds when you are trying to get them into a carrier...???

I had one that didn't mind car rides and one that YOWELD the whole way unless my hand or fingers were poked in...

You may want to contact the vet to see if you can give her something to make her a little sleepy on the flight. I know the dose of Beandryl for dogs... as we had one that had an aleeric reaction to a vaccine. and these guys have been stung by bees.. so I keep childrens, liquid Benadryl for them.

yes check with vet, he may be able to give you something for crystal if not the benedryl, I don't think i could get my kitty anywhere close to a carrier, MY DAUGHTER CAME OUT TO TRADE CORD SHE HOOKED UP OUT HERE TO HOOK DIRECTLY INTO PHONE OUTLET INSTEAD OF BACK OF MY COMPUTER AND my kitty HISSED AND GROWLED AT HER ESPECIALLY WHEN MY DAUGHTER TRIED TO SIT DOWN ON MY SPACE ON THE COUCH, i WASN'T HERE, AND I GUESS SHE WAS IN GUARD MODE, DAUGHTER SAID SHE WAS HALFWAY SCARED OF HER EVEN THOUGH SHE NEW MY CAT WOULDN'T CARRY THROUGH ANYTHING, JUST LOOK AND SOUND LIKE IT. HAVE A GOOD TRIP, AND WATCH OUT FOR YOUR LEGS GETTING CLOSE TO THE CARRIER, UNTIL YOU GET THERE. WILL KEEP YOU BOTH IN MY PRAYERS,
