Not a terrific week

Well I thought I'd straighten up the computer room on Monday, moved and stacked boxes until the room looked presentable. Tuesday morning I couldn't get out of bed, I had yanked my back out. I spent Tuesday and Wednesday flat on my back, Kath had to go to work and wasn't happy about leaving me alone.

Thursday started to feel a little better, was able to shuffle around, did some laundry. Friday morning (today), around 4AM I had something in my lower back go snap (woke me from a dead sleep) and hurt, I thought "OH God" not again. Well I was able to get up, starting to feel better. Seems it was the sacrilliac tendon by the tailbone (one on either side). Hope to get out this weekend as my son (the chef) has invited us for dinner Saturday night (yum). Sister-in-law to see her new cabin (more turkey), and my sisters place on Monday (more turkey), it's our thanksgiving up here in Canada this weekend (YUM).

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving to you and your family. Hope your back will be ok. Perhaps the turkey and all the trimmings will have medicinal affect - ya think??

Well, you just get that back better because you want to be sitting up eating turkey, not lying on your back! Have fun eating the gobble, gobble Stu!
