greetings...i've been busier than i've even realized with my home renovation project on the jersey shore...complete gut rehab of both floors...sheesh what one finds underneath a 100 year old beach house!...i'm grateful that the project is going better than i could have ever imagined...i'm creating my dream house...first and foremost i credit my contractor for this...he's been nothing short of a blessing...and he's my neighbor...lives on the block!

sunday afternoon i head up to rhinebeck, ny to begin my 4 day healing retreat featuring john of god at the omega institute...with all the healing actions i have taken over the last 2 1/2 years none has filled me with the promise of more recovery than after my visit to brasil last june...it really leaves me speechless...this is in fact healing from the Source with a capital S...i will continue to blog about my time there and further results...best to all, richxxx
