A break in the weather

The last few days the weather has been pretty bad. It has been cold, windy and snowy. I guess we had about 4 inches of snow all together. On Saturday I was a bit worried about taking Teddy out. It was far too messy for one of his long walks. Fortunately, he was well behaved and only took a short walk.

 

I am gradually getting my room back to normal. It was a big mess, and caused me a lot of headaches (as well as a few naughty words). There are at least 3 rooms still not ready for residents to move back in. My next door neighbor should move back in on Wednesday.

 

Teddy went to the Vet to get his nails clipped. His aunties took him, and he felt really lucky because both of his aunties took him. normally, he is very good at the Vet, he takes shots really well, and only when the Vet took his temp up the butt did he react. That was really funny, I will never forget the expression on his face. Teddy got goosed! This time they had to muzzle him when the were clipping his front paws. I guess it was hurting him, but otherwise he did really good. When he got back he got his treat, and then started licking his paws. At least I got that none.

 

Today was also the first day he was able to take a long walk. He took about an hour, but had fun. I of course was worn out

Glad you and Teddy were able to enjoy the break in the weather. It won't last unfortunately. Now Doug, how do you think your expression would be if you had a thermometer up your bottom? It is comical as their eyes get SOOOOOOOOOO big. Talk about being violated lol.

 

At least Teddy can get mad at the vet for toenail clipping rather than you. He might hesitate the next time his aunties want to take him out for a ride. They may need to bribe him into the car.

 

Glad your room is getting back in order. Hope the chance for another flood has been addressed.

Actually, the Vet is only about 2 blocks away so his aunties walked him over. I think someone came in yesterday to check the plumming. I hope we have no more problems.
