MarchofDimesCanada Posted January 31, 2023 Share Posted January 31, 2023 March of Dimes Canada (MODC) is launching a comprehensive Canadian National Stroke Survey to better understand life after stroke, from people who experience it directly. www.marchofdimes.ca/StrokeSurvey The survey explores physical and mental health, emotional well-being, family life, employment, and social engagement after stroke. Findings from the study will inform the purposeful design of innovative, new services and resources available through March of Dimes Canada’s After Stroke program. Participants can choose between: A short version of the survey that takes about 10 minutes to complete. A longer version of the survey that takes about 20 minutes to complete. As a thank you, participants will have the chance to win a gift card of up to $100. Winners can choose from almost one hundred types of gift cards.
