Just a quick note to wish all my buddies a great Valentine's Day! I feel fortunate to have this snowy day and be able to have the thinking abilities back to write this blog! I am thankful for my husband (Valentine) who is patient with me and all the other Valentine's I love in my life for their patience and support too. I had a wonderful Birthday and was so grateful to have it! My family rallies around me in support for all the things I have regained since my stroke! I wish that all of us could have the support that I have. I have the support of all of you! And I am grateful for that too!
I had a type of Physical Therapy in December that helped me greatly. It is designed for Parkinsons patients but it helps stroke patients too. It is called LSV BIG Therapy I could find out more if anyone is interest
