Bruce has always called me Ethyl - a take on my middle name. I was named after my Grandmother and Bruce has said, from day one, I am not a Debbie. Endeared him to my family, no end, mind you.

In the ER, just before the big stoke, I became Deborah. Makes sense to me now, but at the time, I knew something was terribly wrong. As sick as he was, he knew all the people working with him had to go find Deborah - my legal name.

yep---- those little things are actually the big things... but we all have the gift of appreciation for those little things...... i'm just seeing so much cognitive "stuff" going on with dan - that i'm starting to conclude his seizures are not always a bad thing... his brain is really trying to rewire.. and with all electriciy a breaker goes off once in a while... so when he seizures i think its another breaker resetting itself.... maybe, maybe not.....luckily its my blog and i can be deluded if i want to be. LOL nancyl
