if anyone can find out where it is other then the left corner let me know i cant get into the support group chat

Cat: when I log on, I go to the chat message on the right of the Forum page, click on chat rooms and then when the calendar comes up, there is a small message, upper right that says Chat Rooms, I click on that. I lose that chat tab all the time, so this works for me. Debbie

Are you logged in? You cannot enter chat unless you are logged in as a member.

Try changing your skin. At the bottom of page, click Change Theme.

I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. The members only tab is gone and when I try to do it from the chat schedule it gives me an error message kind of like the one it gives Blue! I changed the theme and I am logged in. I even logged out and back in to see if this was the issue. Well like they say there is a silver linning to every cloud, I LOVE THIS NEW SKIN FOR FALL!! LOL

My "Members" tab on upper left top is gone also.

For those having difficulties, I am using the Fall skin, and I have no trouble finding it. Follow me on this -- on the extreme top, on the main page, there is a brown area, the entire width of page and maybe a half-inch high. In white letters, are the words Members Staff Only Guidelines Helps. Behind each topic, also in white, is a small triangle with the point facing down.

When you click on the white triangle, behind Members, and go to the fourth line, where it reads Chatrooms. Click on that, and it SHOULD take you to the Chatrooms.

You are seeing those words because you are a host, members are not seeing that whole line of words. I actually have a pic from photobucket, but it is acting flakey right now and not showing the pics.

My pic is showing up NOW (don't know for how long) on this page where smallory also shows the page he sees, which is not like mine:

Dennis the only thing it gives me is Guidelines Helps. Nothing else. Cannot get to chats. When I use the chat box to go to the chat calander and then select chat rooms I get this "[1093] you have no access to our chat room". Guess I won't get to chat until its fixed if it ever is

I don't even know what you mean when you say you click on the chat box... what chat box? What calendar?
