I Passed My Test

I passed all my test however the doctor is still looking to see where in my body the bleeding may be coming from. He wanted to think it was in the urine but not so sure. Anyway I went in for one procedure and ended up having three each. I'm a lot healthier at this age than was once thought! Staying healthy is a year round joy and a true job especially when a report is out that people in general spends so much money each year on vitamins we don't need.

 

So I will just chill out and try to live a normal life as I keep getting older!

THANKS, and both of you have a joyous Christmas time with the family, friends, and loved ones, just don't over eat you will feel bad! We are hoping for a quiet time and helping those in need of food to eat!

Fred it is all about attitude and you have a good one. Happy and healthy in the New Year is my wish for you. Christmas season is always going to be a balancing act, hard to keep healthy when people are so generous with mountains of food, sugary, yummy food too! So keep healthy and we will enjoy your wit and wisdom for years to come.
