dont look back! the past is the past theres nothing you can do to change what has been done, yes we have had a life changing experience but you have to move foward there is life after stroke there is life after all major life changing experience's but you cant let the past judge on how or can you still survive or

oh yes you can make it!! now i know there will be those days of depression and days you dont feel good, but hell all people go threw this even those who have not had a stroke, you cant look back you gotta look ahead see what you can do to better yourself in any little way at all, look foward to the future life is grand life is great life is full of surprises for us all dont worry be happy smile smile smile laugh laugh turn that frown upside down, people loose homes people loose mates people loose family members people loose something in general everyday but you gotta kep on keeping on put your butt in that shower drink you some coffee and lets go!!! dont ask me where this came from it just did ,
