Chris was only on the Baclifin for a few days and improvement was starting to show. He recently started experiencing severe tone in his affected arm and leg. The doctor has increased the Baclifin for this week and if he shows no improvement will increase it again until he gets 30mg daily.

I have been concerned about him the past few days. Today I called the cardiologist. He has been having shortness of breath. He said it feels like he can't get the air in. He was also having episodes of severe coughing when he was eating. Wouldn't you know, the cardiologist is at a seminar until Monday - although she did leave a note for him to call me - Chris also sees his GI doctor on Monday so I will be bringing this to his attention. The nurse at the cardiologist said that these symptoms could be coming from uncontrolled acid reflux and that tests may have to be done for CHF. She also told me that if I see him getting any worse or in distress that I was to call the ambulance. I guess there are some people in this world that would be so stupid not to call the ambulance

I'm alittle worried about CHF, so I'm keeping my chin up and trying not to worry.
