Gotta leave for the airport in about 20 minutes. I wasn't really expecting this trip when I left home, but thank God I got most of my normal stuff done before I left the house last week. Sam's doing good. We have a friend who takes care of her during the days when I'm away. I used to have the kids drive her to daycare, but this lady (who is a saint) now comes to the house and hangs out with her. She cooks, does her exercises, and takes her out from time to time. Kids get her up, do breakfast and the meds before school, then Marie shows up until they get home. What a load off my mind.

As usual, I forgot my camera. Thought I was only going to stay stateside, but the company likes surprises. Last July 3rd, at 11am, I got sent to Bahrain with only 4 hours notice. Thanks guys.

I'm feeling good about this trip because it's a short one, and everythings OK at the house. CIAO!!
