the kids are all out for a short while so I will send a little update.

I am feeling better.

Walking without assisance in the house. Outside walking I wear the cast thing and sometimes need it all day because the pain and swelling in the ankle are up there.

Things seem to be healing slowly from the cervical spine surgery. Arm pain has gotten much better the past month.

Back pain in bad. TENS unit was no help. Cant have injection because of coumadin and I am not ready to have a week off because the second stroke wasnt too long ago.

Decided that the time is not right for looking into open heart for closure of PFO mainly because the kids couldnt handle it...too much has happened with me this year.

At the end of the month I will have no insurance. Sent away for 3 month supply of meds so they should be coming soon. Aftyer thet I will have faith...something will work out.

Cant worry.

Should have INR done this week. Last 2 were the same and if this one is too I should be able to talk the doc into monthly or less.

Paying for lab and PCP and neuro will be ALOT less than monthly insurance cost.

Weather getting nicer so I hope to be in the garden more. That was my sanity last year!

The bulbs that I had moved around then look great right now!

I offered to babysit for one of my daughters friend who is having a hard time. The child will be 3 in Aug so it will keep me busy.

Not much else going on other than our usual family stuff...that in itself is way too much!lol
