This blog is not intended to bash smokers, but our state just recently went to smoke free in public areas like restaurants, bars, and so on. I have been out a few times since, and I must say it is very nice being a non-smoker and eating at a restaurant and leaving smelling like a non-smoker also.

 

Not much to blog. WE leave on vacation in the a.m. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

I hope I can keep up with my family at the amusement park, if not I'll rent a scooter:) But I really want to give it my all for exercise.

Every year there is a new nosmoke thingy around. It will be 3 years this month for quit smoking. I smoked half my life smoking. I feel great now as I don't smoke and the money i've saved.

Real glad you gave up smoking, as not only is it real bad for your health, but, for me, its impossible to eat a nice meal in a circle of smoke. I, even have a hard time to breath around smokers, but as for you, your health, now will be vastly improved

New York has been a smoke free state for about a year and it is the pits in the wintertime.
