SPANAKOPITA (SPAN-A-KOPEETA)

INGREDIENTS

2 bunches fresh spinach or 4 boxes frozen

salt

5 green onions

dried parsley flakes

1 8 oz. pckg cream cheese left out long enough to besquishy

5 oz. grated Romano

1 lb. feta cheese

12 oz. container of cottage cheese
