well as you know i yry to walk at lest twice a day and i have been very good at keeping my goal on track but i must tell you so that you don"t think that i have give up, because i haven"t and i never will however as you know i am living in canada and it has become very cold and because of that alot of ice has formed making going for a walk daily has made it quite impossible and now i just found out that we are about to get on tuesday a very big dump of snow and i can believe it as the temputure is now a blustering minus 30 so it is very cold and of coarse when i found out that a major dump of snow was going to hit here on tuesday , i was very down and depress but then just as i was finding out that the weather was about to take a turn for the worst, i then find out that my scooter has just been approved from my wifes plan so now i am up again so i should be recieving my scooter soon so you see no matter how bad that you think that it is starting up to be somethings goodcomes along to make you happy again oh and of coarse my grandson christian school pictures just come to be ordered and yes i know that christian is my grandson but speaking as a grand father he is very cute and handsome ,
