Totaly exhausted
Saturday, May 14, Hubby and I helped a new up & coming photographer shoot her first wedding. It was fun and felt good at the time to be 'back in the saddle' so to speak (I used to shoot weddings almost every weekend prestroke).
Well, once home, I totally collapsed and crashed. I was asleep almost before my head hit the pillow, literally.
Today, I ache all over...probably from hopping on and off the platform to adjust the bride's wedding dress. My role yesterday was that of posing and keeping track of shots taken. Keeping track of who's in shots is often like trying to organize fleas.
I had fun but I'm exhausted....feel like I could sleep for 16 hours straight.
I'm 4 years out from my stroke and yesterday was a real kick in the head letting me know I won't be going back to shooting weddings on my own again.
