Arbitration will be on August 19th, regardless if my neurlogist can come or not! That is pretty unfair but I have NO choice in the matter. My employer has already asked for my medical records, and I have heard not a single word from my union leader yet!

While all this is going on, on another note, my mother is dreadfully ill at this time which is quite distressing. It pains me to see her this way. We don't know yet what she's up against but she is dreadfully weak and is down to 98 pounds. Tomorrow I will know more she is going to hospital for more tests.
