I have nothing insightful to write about today. Nothing major going on in my life, that I wish to share. No inspirations for poetry. So for today's blog here is a quick recipe that I love.

1 box Mac & Cheese

1 can drained tuna

1 can cream of mushroom

1 can drained mushrooms

1 package saltine crackers.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Cook Mac & Cheese according to directions on box. Stir in cream of mushroom, tuna, and mushrooms.

Pour into glass cassarole dish and level. Crumble saltine crackers and add to top.

Cook 10-15 minutes or until saltine crackers brown.

4-8 servings depending on how hungry everyone is.
