He's BaaAAaack
Hello everyone in Strokenet land
Y'all may have noticed that except for blogs and an occasional post here and there, I went inactive. Many of you know the story of what is happening in my personal life. Only a handfull know the full story.
Basically things are looking up in my world finally. I was going through a period where my usuall anti-depresents were'nt helping me. And yes, I did contiplate suicide. That's over and done with. I'm back to my normal go happy self.
Next week I'm seeing a divorce attorny to explore my options with Kathy. Without going into the painfull details, things have gotten BAD in my home life. Hence the major depression period. But, thanks to my best friend in the world I was able to pull through all that.
I have already done several changes to my profile and other membership areas. I was contiplating leaving the site, but my best friend talked me into staying. I'm no longer considering myself a caregiver, even though I still have that job. I have made numerous friends here and feel comfortable. As I said before in another blog, going to a TBI support site just means leaving the people I've grown to know and love to get and give the exact same advice as I do here. The only big difference between a TBI survivor and a stroke survivor is the medications given.
So, I'm here to stay as a TBI survivor and an experienced caregiver. I'll probably start back being a chat host next month once the seperation is in full force and I can relax and be less stressed.
To all my Stroke Network friends
