this is in reference to my "bony knees" post. it's AMAZING what a week on the couch will do to a husband. NOW, my knees aren't "bony" to him anymore. NOW, they are "shapely". i also have gotten my car gassed up and washed, flowers sent to my office, the kitchen cleaned up( he hasn't EVER cleaned the kitchen) phone calls of endearment, impromtu lunch invitations, and an outpouring of affection and compliments.

is all of this insincere? probably so. i am not that GULLIBLE. BUT I AM VINDICTIVE. i'm still on the couch and may stay there a while longer. that SOB will think twice before he criticizes my body again.
