We went down to Vineland on Friday to look at some houses (we are planning on moving from North Jersey to south some time in the smmer).
After the traipsing around we then went to get our little boy. He's grown!!
He's such a sweety. He has one blue eye & one brown. The breeder gave us all the paperwork & some food for him & then we set off.
He did not enjoy being in the crate. First he poohed in it & then was sick. All this before we were even an hour in
I have never been known for being the most sensible person on this planet. But I think I've truly lost it this time.
When we went to Tom's brother's in Texas for Thanksgiving, Tom fell in love with Curt's English Bulldog, Winston. It was so funny to see them sitting together on a couch. If ever a dog & human looked alike, in my mind, that was Tom & Winny (except that at 6'4" in every direction, Tom would make rather a LARGE bulldog). We did think about dognapping Winny, but thought
My daughter is a genius! OK! Maybe a evil mastermind & when she's older she may make plans to take over the world, but at the moment it's cute.
Victoria (aka Snowflake) is 7 years old. She's at that stage where her teeth are falling out & the tooth fairy comes etc....
However, MY genius child has decided she doesn't believe any more. But in order to be sure that Mummy & the tooth fairy are one & the same, she decided to put her hypothesis to the test.

This is becoming quite a busy week.
In a way I'm wondering whether I ought to wait until the end of it before I post my blog, but then again, I'll probably forget if I do.
I'm actually going to cheat & start the week off last Thursday. I had a Candle Party here at home (don't know if I'm allowed to say the name of the company but they make great candles!! ) To be honest it was more of an excuse to get a load of friends together for nibbles, wine & chatting :blah_blah: . My Little Sis has had a boy!!! Charles Peter (Charlie) was born on Wedneday evening at 7.13pm (British time) & weighed in at 6lbs 14oz.
Both baby & mother are doing wonderfully well.
After a non-evetful flight & 2 1/2 train journey I arrived here in Worcester a few hours ago & was taken directly to the hospital by my mother who had just driven up from Cornwall.

My terribly selfish sister has started to be induced (her baby was due on Friday 22 Sept.). I was hoping he/she would wait for its favourite Aunty to arrive, but the hospital didn't take my wishes in to consideration &
I've never done this before so I apologise already for the inane ramblings which no doubt will follow. When talking to Asha & reading all the blurb about writing a blog it seemed as if they come in all shapes & sizes (a bit like humans & strokes really) so I thought that until I get my thoughts totally organised & focussed on this new tool, I'd just waffle on a bit.
