Well I'm still under doctors care and many more test to go with my last one being due on 25 February. They did the bacteria test yesterday. I have less now than I did weeks ago. I'm slowly getting back to reasonable health but we still can't tell where in my body the blood is coming from.
So his is an interim report for now and I feel good but weak in my knees. Still have to watch where I sit down high enough seat so I can stand up. Things went well on our short get-away trip and I got lucky
Well still waiting on doctor decisions about my health inside. So off to the casino where ever there is no snow on the ground. The bacteria is nearly all good now but still some bad is there causing problems but not like before thank God! Already I'm tired of winter weather so I stay inside to feel the heat.
My wife got a couple days off for President's Day and she needs rest away from home I think! We got on each others nerves so it is time to get away and try to have a little fun together.
I been tested every where with one more to go later still no answers. Wait and see is the word for this week meanwhile I'm not resting at all. I hope to know more by the end of this month! Right now most of the bad bacteria is gone and replaced with the good stuff they said.

My body has taken a beating from the many test I have undergone until my whole body is super weak and very unsteady for standing, walking, and sitting down. I feel like I been shot from a big cannon gun and didn't land yet! Overall the bad bacteria is just about gone from my body and been replaced with good bacteria for as I know about. How did all this happen to me?????? I'd have to say at this point "Only God knows." I do know now I will have colon checks every five years instead of every ten
This is a disorder many soldiers suffer with and have for many years. In earlier wars it was called Shell Shock then to my knowledge from the Vietnam war to Iraq and Afghanistan it was known as PTSD. In fact the military didn't have the name PTSD when I left Vietnam in 1970-71. So it was very hard for me to get a reason I acted like I did and no one knew why. By 1982 it was known as PTSD and I submitted my claim for disability after I was confirmed as having it.

I want to know early on about any problems that I may have and they can correct.

I return to doctor's office end of this month then a stool speciment is due middle of February and at that time I hope they tell me all the bacteria is gone from my system so I can start to feel myself again! I will finish the three meds program in a couple more days. I'm back eating OK and I'm putting good stuff in my body replacing the bad bacteria that caused all my problems!

The doctors have discovered what caused my condition to go downhill. After days of testing and examinations of my whole body it was found my digestive system is contaminated with major bad bacteria. My colonospy was great and all went well as I was very near asleep and out of it. My wife witness the whole operation and saw the areas of my colon, stomach, liver and areas where cancer starts plus
I am seeing 2 doctors, taking several meds, had my colonoscopy, but now I'm told I got serious medical issues they telling my wife. I have trouble walking now. I am one day away from the day of the stroke I survived 10 years ago!
I am close to my cellphone and my wife calls me every two hours as I'm a little afraid to be home alone and got one apt at 130pm two hours from now!
Here in Texas the Flu is hitting us pretty hard all over the state now. My wife is in bed since coming home on Friday evening from work. There has been several deaths too so she has my undivided attention, all the meds available, and she and I got our flu shots early on when they first became available.
So if she is able tomorrow morning she will try to go in for a little while if she get a little bit better tonight. A box of tissue don't last her very long. I will fix her a hot medical drin
Thank you, thank you, thank you my God for Ten years of recovery from a devastating Brain Bleed stroke! Than you Father for my wife remaining by my side in this reunion of 15 years of matrimony! I thank you for it just not being my time to have a home going to meet you face to face! I know this way we shall travel one day when you call our name!

I have been looking at computer news, local advertisements, and pleads for the public to not Drink and Drive on New Years Eve. Wrecker services and Taxi cabs are offering free tows, Cab rides home and about all they can offer to keep people safe this one night and they get home in one piece alive. I passed all my test however the doctor is still looking to see where in my body the bleeding may be coming from. He wanted to think it was in the urine but not so sure. Anyway I went in for one procedure and ended up having three each. I'm a lot healthier at this age than was once thought! Staying healthy is a year round joy and a true job especially when a report is out that people in general spends so much money each year on vitamins we don't need.

Well the time has come! I go in the hospital early am tomorrow 19 December for my second time having a colonoscopy done. In my case it's every 10 years! I was told by my barber he goes every 5 years because cancer runs in his family. The procedure is fairly simple and painless as I recall from my first time having it done 10 years ago!

Oh man it's so cold today I keep thinking the snow is not very far away. The wind is so strong it goes right through the clothes, sewaters, and coats you got on to keep warm. I made a trip to Walmart and Sams and could not shop I was so cold still in the store. I felt sorry for the lady standing at the door checking cards she was freezing and no heater there.

We had a good time all around the Casino floors and came back with more dollars than we left with for a change. I would have never guessed she would play dollar machine when her favorite is the penny machines and all that noise they make would drive me nuts. She hit the dollar one for 1600 dollars as she played two credits each time!

I got a letter talking about Medicare Therapy Caps on how much therapy, we as stroke survivors, can get before they cut us off. Therapy has been cut way down from what we were once allowed to receive just a couple years ago. I sure hope Congress can do something about these caps placed on us for the amount of therapy we can get each year.

We had my sister's funeral on yesterday and her daughter's son, a minister himself, did the grave site services committing her to the ground! He was also one of the pall bears. It was a chilly and windy evening but all went as planned. My mom, an older sister, one of my twin sisters, and my mom's parents are in that cemetery.

Well as we all know nothing about death is ever planned by any of the family members and in this case it caught us totally by surprise. I was able to get to the hospital to see her on yesterday for a while. She was hooked up to many machines so she never knew I was there in her room on my scooter! This morning all of her children had made it to her bedside.
They are waiting now for the funeral home to come to the hospital and pick up her body. I have no information on the funeral services at
Still trying to find the cause of dizziness, slow heart beat and loss of blood in my body! Once that is found and under control I will resume my therapy! I never knew so many things could go astray in my case but it certainly has and therapy want to be sure I'm OK for taking therapy with them!

I have not blogged since the 5th and now I'm off high blood pressure meds but the doctor said my blood tests was
showing a blood bleed somewhere in my body. We sure hope it's not in my head as that's where the stroke was. I
did check my stool no blood there, no blood in the urine! The doctor and I are thinking it could be the bullet
has moved a bit causing a bleed!
He is making an appointment for me to see a specialist to determine the cause of the bleed around the first of
December. So
